Transpose During Upload

During the upload process there is an option to transose your data file.

Transoform Process

The transpose process will transoform a data file 

from a record for each SHHAPT activity.

to a record for each episode (based on a common Clinic ID, Patient ID and Attendance Date), each SHHAPT activity item is then placed in a field from SHHAPT 1 to SHHAPT 12.

Confirm Results

You can review the results of the Transform process in the Accepted data tab of the uploaded data.
