    Dear Vikky,

    This slide was also amended after review in 2012, but not reflected in the slideset in PA website. Please refer to previous communication. We have suggested deletion of device reinsertion or initiation of other contraceptives as this should be paid for additionally as SRH standard/LARC pathway as additional. Similarly where direct ultrasound guided removal of the device is required there should be additional payment for ultrasound scan.

    A LARC and SRH Complex currency combination is not permitted the SRH Complex overrides a LARC, therefore any additional LARC devices need to be included in this pathway.
    Pregnancy test is already covered in an SRH Standard pathway.
