Vikki Pearce is an independent healthcare consultant.  Previously an NHS programme manager, she has worked in commissioning, service redesign and public health.  Vikki has lead tranfomational change programmes in London where sexual health care pathways have been redesigned in collaboration with clinicians, commissioners and local service users.  Programme Manager for the Sexual Health Modernisation Initative (SHMI), the programme resulted in a new style of sexual health service - Camberwell Sexual Health Centre.  An integral part of the redesign work was using economic models to cost different models of care and care pathways.

Bella Grant is a senior health economist with 20 years experience of financial modelling and strategic advisory work in healthcare and other fields; she has designed a number of innovative local tariff pricing models for the NHS and other government agencies and departments; she holds an MBA from the London Business School; and has published several academic papers. She has developed multiple patient pathway costing models, including: modelling of the pan-London integrated sexual health tariff proposals and the NCSP pricing proposals; design of dynamic resource models to inform the strategic redesign of sexual health services for four London PCTs; economic modelling of ESD for the MI Stroke Programme; and the development of innovative economic frameworks to articulate the costs of End of Life Care.
