    1)This pathway was also amended in 2012; Please refer to amended slide. Mirena was removed from the consumables list as if inserted it should trigger additional payment under LARC standard/Mirena for non-contracepti ve indication as the case may be.
    2) This pathway should also sit under complex SRH as this pathway also applies to management of women with persistent bleeding problems using contraception.
    3) We need to check how the cost of Mirena can be covered when IUS insertion is done for non-contracepti ve indication.

    Recommend that this pathway (amended version from 2012) is moved to sit under complex SRH in place of pathway (#87). Payment trigger for this pathway needs to be changed as it currently triggers Med. Gynae (29 G).
