Anti-HBs - What code is used when anti-HBs is not detected ie no response to vaccine. P2I presumably cannot apply? Is a T6 code required to indicate that the anti-HBs has been taken on the 4th visit? If so is this in addition to the T6 at the first visit?

Renamed this pathway from Hepatitis B vaccination - booster to Hepatitis vaccination - third visit.
Only Hep B dose is issued (Hep A vacc course completes on second dose).
Removed ref to booster and associated pathology
