    Sexual dysfunction counselling is the same as male sexual dysfunction erectile dysfunction - did you mean to make these two elements the same or is it the wrong one behind Sexual dysfunction counselling (initial assessment by counsellor)? Also what happens if the person has more than two FU? does it revert to Counselling Ongoing?
