    Sexual Assault - Does this element have to involve an examination or can it be just talking (often at lenght) prior to referral to SARC?

    Currently in this pathway 70% of people have an examination.
    The examination was raised in the North West region Commissioner workshop too as the examination would happen at the SARC to preserve the chain of evidence.

    So is it ok to charge for this if what we do is ultimately refer to SARC?
