NHS North West
We are pleased to be facilitating the road test of sexual health tariffs in North West region.
Sexual health tariffs have been developed in London that cover all aspects of sexual and reproductive health. The Tariff represents a more transparent, outcome-focussed payment mechanism than many current funding arrangements. It is anticipated that tariffs will drive the modernisation and integration of sexual health services and deliver efficiencies in service provision.
The aims of the road test are
- To raise awareness about the sexual health tariffs
- To assess the pathways, currencies and tariff dataset
- To test the ease of data collection and processing
- To understand the financial impact of introducing the tariffs
This project is being supported by Cheshire and Merseyside Sexual Health Network, Greater Manchester Sexual Health Network and Cumbria and Lancashire Public Health Commissioning.
