Pathway Analytics

Hi, I have saved the access data and the DATA ENTRY SHEET has Camden’s Organisation ID and Clinic ID. I know David showed us how to change this at the meeting.  I tried to change this on the FORM but will not let me save, not sure, if I am doing this correctly. Could someone please advise me how I can change this?  If you could POST this, I would really appreciate it.
