The Grouper Project is designed to allow providers upload activity data from clinics and automatically transform it into tariff and present it to commissioners. Commissioners will be able to analyse the data to identify trends and manage budgets. The Grouper project is funded in partnership between LSHP and PCTs. The LSHP funding element provides the necessary basic functionality required for LSHP to extract tariff data and London financial impact. PCTs can subscribe to the service on an annual basis to receive PCT-specific data analysis and audit services.
