Why does an abortion procedure not trigger a tariff payment?

SRH Care Activity Codes 6 and 7 in the SRHAD report - Medical and Surgical abortion or termination of pregnancy procedures (TOPs) are do not trigger a tariff payment because these procedures are not covered under the Sexual Health tariff.

However, Care Activity code 9 and 10 referrals and post abortion counselling do trigger a tariff payment.
