Developed a dynamic As-Is model of multiple sexual health services across a range of boroughs through PLICS level data capture, clinician input and existing data sets. In close collaboration with the client, clinicians and other stakeholders, developed this into a detailed business case - a key input to the decision to open a new integrated sexual health centre which has transformed delivery of sexual health services in this part of London
