A London PCT: Conducted a comprehensive review of the PCT's total spend across sexual health delivery partners. Built a dynamic scenario analysis tool to articulate value for money markers and the impact of resource reallocation on the current service delivery model. Worked with clinicians to develop a detailed ‘As Is’ pathway profiling model for contraceptive services which was used to inform strategic redesign of the service.
